As part of its community participation, the Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue participated in the National Day celebrations in the Cultural Quarter (Katara). The initiative was organized under the slogan “Qatar will always be free /By the spirit of the loyal”

The Center presented a number of activities including paintings and figures representing national symbols, including a picture of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, as well as National Day inspired design . .
the Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue’s philosophy is “Qatar Always welcomes all Religions, races and Cultures”, based on the conviction that humanity is one, and equal.
The event’s organizers worked to inform the public of the Center’s message of accepting the other, dialogue with them, advocating disavowal, and fanaticism, so that humanity where people live in peaceful and mutual understanding and coexistence world.
Dr. Ibrahim Bin Saleh Al Naimi, Chairman of the Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue, said: “The National Day is a dearest memory for us , both citizen and resident living in that Hospitable land. Al-Naimi stressed the importance DICID’s role in creating cohesion among all citizens living in Qatar. Al-Naimi added: “We continue to call for dialogue between all religions and cultures. We should call for dialogue among brothers. This is reflected in many of the Center’s activities recently, stressing that dialogue and nothing else is the way to solve the siege crisis”.
The Doha International Center was a part of Qatar’s permanent bid to support love, brotherhood and peace, symbolic representation of giving through the effectiveness of teaching children to agriculture, and the provision of some plants a gift from the center.
In addition to the Arabic coffee that was always present in the corner of the center, as well as the drawing on the faces of children and the engraving on henna. The DICID also presented some souvenirs to the distinguished guests.
In support of its national role, the Doha International Center for Interreligious Dialogue organized a number of activities related to the blockade. The Doha International Center for Interfaith Dialogue organized an intellectual seminar entitled “The Role of Dialogue in Crisis Resolution: The Qatar Siege Crisis.”
The participants in the seminar stressed the necessity of pursuing dialogue as a single solution to the crisis.
